There is no purely economic or technical answer to the development of a country. The problem of corruption, both in developing and developed countries, and the wastage that occurs because of it, highlights the fact that good character is the key that unlocks the potential of all material and intellectual resources. Character education from the earliest years, such as what the I Am S.T.R.O.N.G. program offers, will give the Philippines the human resources it needs to take its place on the world stage.
